Restream

Restream is a platform that allows you to go live simultaneously on multiple streaming platforms and social media channels. It acts as a central hub to stream your live video or audio to various platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Live, LinkedIn Live and many more.

Restream offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to manage and customize your streaming destinations. Instead of streaming separately to each platform, Restream saves you time and effort by uploading your content to multiple platforms at the same time. This allows you to reach a wider audience and increase your online visibility.

To use Restream, you usually need to create an account on their website and link your streaming platforms to your Restream account. Once set up, you can adjust your stream settings such as stream quality, titles and descriptions. When you start your live stream through Restream, it will stream simultaneously to all platforms you have selected.

Restream also offers additional features such as chat aggregation, which allows you to view and interact with comments from different platforms in one place. This helps you engage your audience more effectively during your live streams.

It is important to note that Restream is a third-party service and is not directly affiliated with streaming platforms. Therefore, it's always a good idea to review and adhere to the terms of service and community guidelines for each platform you plan to stream on using Restream.

Although Resream is more focused on LiveStream, you can upload videos to the platform so that it automatically posts to the other platforms that are linked to your profile. And that ends up making the platform even more interesting. Assuming you have a video on your device and you want to post it on all your favorite platforms at once, then just upload this video to Restream and it will post it on other profiles in live format.

You can still record your video directly from Restream and leave it offline until you decide to upload it to other platforms.

Restream also has a virtual disk where you can store your content, but unfortunately this feature is limited if you want to use the platform for free. But this is more useful for those who don't live stream and work and edit the video to be able to upload it to the platform after a while

However, it is necessary to remember here that not all resources on Restream are free, although there are free resources. For more advanced tasks like the one mentioned above, it is necessary to purchase a license.

There are three license types on Restream with different prices and features. Check if the resource you need is available in the license you intend to use. Depending on what you need in Restream you can even use it for free.
